The Riserva Coste di Olinto is the pinnacle of the estate’s production, showcasing the best of Sangiovese grown on soils rich in galestro and alberese.

Production Method
The hand-harvested grapes are vinified in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. The wine is then aged for 18-24 months in medium-sized oak barrels, followed by additional bottle aging. This process ensures balance, depth, and longevity.

Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose reveals complex aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry, plum, and floral hints of violet, accompanied by notes of spices, leather, and tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with well-integrated tannins and freshness balancing its power. The finish is long, elegant, and persistent.

Perfect with grilled red meats, game, roasts, and aged cheeses. It pairs beautifully with traditional Tuscan dishes such as bistecca alla fiorentina or ribollita.
