Production Method
The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal quality and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels under temperature control to preserve the varietal aromas. The wine is aged for approximately 12-15 months in barrels, with a moderate use of new oak to add complexity without overpowering the fruit.

Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as pear and apple, with hints of butter, toasted hazelnut, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping, with freshness balanced by a slight creaminess and pronounced minerality leading to a long, harmonious finish.
Food Pairing
Perfectly pairs with grilled fish, shellfish, poultry in creamy sauces, and soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert. Also excellent with mushroom risottos and truffle-based dishes.
