History
Founded in 1776, Maison Louis Roederer is one of the oldest and most prestigious Champagne houses. The “Collection” series was introduced to replace the traditional Brut Premier, aiming to create cuvées that reflect the uniqueness of each harvest, enriched by the Perpetual Reserve initiated in 2012.

- 10% reserve wines aged in oak (2010, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019)

Alcohol content
- 12.5% vol.
Tasting notes
- Color: Bright golden yellow with regular and dynamic effervescence.
- Aroma: Scents of yellow fruit (nectarine), ripe citrus (lemon), sweet notes of pollen and petals, with hints of almond and freshly cut grain.
- Taste: Velvety and juicy palate, with almost saline bubbles enveloping a broad and concentrated texture. Refined balance between substance and chalky freshness, with a long, slightly smoky finish.
Possible pairings
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, and white meats. Also excellent with soft cheeses and Asian cuisine dishes.
