History
Founded in 1825, Domaine Faiveley is one of the oldest and most respected wineries in Burgundy. Located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the domaine is managed by the seventh generation of the Faiveley family, who continue to produce high-quality wines while respecting regional traditions and terroir.

- 100% Pinot Noir
Production method
- Harvest: Manual harvesting of grapes from vineyards primarily located in the Côte de Nuits.
- Vinification: Traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
- Aging: Aged for 12-14 months in French oak barrels in the cellars of Nuits-Saint-Georges.

- 13% vol.
Tasting notes
- Color: Bright ruby red.
- Aroma: Fresh aromas of red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, with delicate floral notes.
- Taste: On the palate, it is structured and balanced, with round tannins and a pleasant freshness accompanying the fruity flavors.
