Maison Eric Taillet, located in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon in the Marne Valley, is renowned for its dedication to Pinot Meunier and artisanal Champagne production that respects the land. Des Grillons Aux Clos comes from a single vineyard, where sustainable practices ensure an authentic expression of the terroir.

Production method
Des Grillons Aux Clos is made from single-vineyard grapes and vinified in stainless steel to preserve the fruit’s freshness. After fermentation, the wine is aged on lees for at least 36 months, imparting complexity and structure. The Extra Brut dosage (around 2 g/l) highlights the wine’s purity.

Tasting notes
On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow fruits, apricot, and honey emerge, accompanied by light spices and delicate minerality. The palate is intense, with refreshing acidity, a creamy structure, and a long, savory finish.

Ideal with shellfish, smoked fish dishes, and tuna tartare. Also excellent with creamy risottos, white meats, and aged cheeses.
