Production method
Exclusiv’T is made primarily from Pinot Meunier, complemented by a touch of Chardonnay to enhance freshness. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged on lees for at least 30 months, imparting complexity and structure. A carefully calibrated dosage ensures balance and a rich, enveloping palate.
