Production Method
This champagne is crafted from grapes primarily sourced from the village of Passy-Grigny. The base vintage is 2018, complemented by 40% reserve wines to ensure complexity and consistency. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by 60 months of cellar aging. The low dosage of 4 g/L enhances its purity and freshness.

Tasting Notes
Visually, it displays a brilliant pale yellow color with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, delicate aromas of fresh fruit, white flowers, and subtle yeasty notes emerge.
