Production Method
Franciacorta Satèn DOCG Mosnel is made using the traditional method, with bottle fermentation and a period of aging on the lees of at least 36 months. This prolonged aging imparts a complex aromatic profile and a velvety structure to the wine. The lower pressure (maximum 5 atmospheres) compared to other Franciacorta wines is a characteristic of Satèn, enhancing its creaminess and softness and providing an elegant and refined sensory experience.
