History
The Eredi di Cobelli Aldo farm is located in Sorni di Lavis, in Trentino. The family has cultivated the land since the 14th century and now the children are carrying on the tradition. The estate has a privileged position with chalk and limestone soils and a microclimate that allows for the production of elegant and fragrant wines. The cellar was created from an old stable and next to it is the tasting room, which was the old family cellar.

Production method
To preserve the integrity of the grapes and allow for accurate selection, the harvest is done manually and the grapes are carefully placed in crates. Minimizing contact with oxygen, after a week of maceration on the skins, the must begins fermentation in steel containers. Here it remains until the following summer, going through both winter and summer, to mature and reach the right stability.
