History
Produced in compliance with the rules of the historic Vermouth of Turin IGP, the “697” family is made by La Canellese, a renowned producer of Calamandrana vermouth, located between the Langhe and Monferrato and active since the first half of the last century.
Production method
Obtained from a base of Trebbiano di Romagna wine, like the other two variants, it is chosen for its neutrality and persistence.

Tasting notes
It is distinguished by the intense presence of Bergamot, Achillea Moscata and Elderberry. All the elements used are of exclusively natural origin. This choice in production gives it an extremely fresh, balanced and delicate character.
Usage
Less sweet product and more suitable for creating cocktails in combination with London dry gin, whiskey and rum.
