History
Years ago the mayor of Cervins, in Haute-Savoie, decided to implement agriculture on the vineyard terraces overlooking the village to combat the depopulation of the valley. In 1997, with this intention, he almost casually turned to Michel Grisard, a pure biodynamic farmer from Savoy and Brice Omont, an agronomic engineer with an important curriculum (including a past in Krug in Champagne). Mixed native varieties were replanted on a total of sixteen hectares near Albertville and Moutiers. Twenty years after the project, the Domaine is establishing itself as one of the most interesting realities in all of Savoy.
