History
Baron de Laudocette is one of the Loire’s most historic and iconic companies, and has been in the hands of the family since 1787 when they took it over directly from the illegitimate daughter of King Louis XV.

Production method
A nectar of extraordinary quality, the result of obsessive attention to every single detail, from the vineyard to the cellar. This wine underwent an aging period of 8-10 months in glass tanks, to preserve intact the fine fruity aromas, which are the true strength of this nectar.

Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow colour. Intense, aromatic and infinite on the nose. On the palate it has silkiness, great minerality and good structure.
Possible combinations
This wine goes beautifully with fish-based first courses, such as linguine seasoned with tasty sea urchin or amberjack and raw fish dishes; also excellent with delicate and tasty cheeses.
